I don't have Blackberry software installed on my computer (I used to a few years ago when I had a Blackberry phone) so, why is it asking this when I start the software? The other issue I have is when I start Action!, a dialogue box starts and states that it is looking for Blackberry Software location. It is a shame as I really like this software for what I need it for. The video still did not run smoothly to record it. I then went into my performance settings for Windows 7 and set it to run as best performance. I cannot use 60 framerate and 1080p because the on screen video really lags in places. Solution: In Action in the main tab enable Microphone Checkbox, in Audio Settings tab enable Record system sounds option and select your speakers/headphones from audio devices list. I then tried Video framerates from 60 down to 20 and still the same results. With the mp4, I tried setting the Video Size to 720, 480 and even Original still the voices are out of sync. The video is within Firefox browser and I make the on-screen video a small size (not full screen) sometimes this has helped with other programs in the past.
